Balochistan reported on Thursday 12 more coronavirus cases, taking the total provincial tally to 131.

The government says that 2,033 people have been screened for the virus and the results of 165 people have yet to come, local media reported.The province has reported one death due to the coronavirus.

Balochistan, like the rest of the provinces has also been put under lockdown to prevent the spread of the virus which has killed about 21,307 people worldwide and infected at least 470,000.

Meanwhile, Islamabad has reported five more cases, while Gilgit-Baltistan reported three. The total number of cases in Pakistan are 1093. The country has reported eight deaths.
