Sixty seven more pilgrims from Taftan, Iran have reached Quarantina Center at Jhang road in PARS Campus and they all have been safely shifted to their rooms while reports of 140 pilgims have received of coronavirus out of the 158 visitors who came earlier and out of them 4 reported positive and they have been moved to a new building for further quarantine and treatment while the remaining 136 are reported to be negative, however they will complete 14 days in the quarantine in the PARS campus. Besides, reports of the remaining 18 visitors will also be received soon.
Now the total number of visitors came from Taftan in Faisalabad are 225 at present, the spokesman said. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali informed that during his visit at quarantine center that food, water, fruit, tea and other essential items are being provided to the visitors at the quarantine Center of the PARS Campus.
He said that the district administration officers, Pak Army, Rangers personnel, district police and civil defence volunteer were performing duty in quarantine campus besides all administrative security matters are kept alert.
