Sindh Minister for Information & Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah visited Abbasi Shaheed Hospital on Sunday.

The Minister visited different wards and departments of the health facility and monitored medical services provided to the patients.

Nasir Shah was welcomed by Senior Director Health Dr Salma Kausar along with her team of doctors.

For the protection of doctors and para-medical staff from Coronavirus, Shah gave special protection kits to the management.

Expressing his views on the visit Minister said "The Sindh Government is fighting with the deadly disease with great enthusiasm and courage because for us the lives of our people are the most important and precious".

He praised the efforts of the doctors, nurses and all the para-medical staff striving in order to curb Coronavirus.

"We are proud of our frontline soldiers. We openly admit that without the help and continuous support of our medical team, we cannot defeat the crises. We will keep on supporting our doctors and para-medical force".

Shah was briefed about the arrangements for new Quarantine centres and facilities at ASH.
