The Senegal international is being rated as one of the best at the position and has been attracting interest from a number of top clubs in Europe. As per reports, English Premier League giants Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in making a move for Koulibaly this summer window. However, French publication L’Equipe suggests, Ligue 1, PSG, are still in the race to sign the star defender in the transfer window. Furthermore, the club’s hierarchy sees Koulibaly as a perfect long-term replacement of their Brazilian star Silva. The Brazil international is set to leave the current Ligue 1 champions after spending eight seasons in the French capital in the summer once his contract will come to an end. The 28-year-old has been with Napoli since summer 2014 when he moved from Belgian club KRC Genk for a reported transfer fee of €7.75 million. Since then he made 233 appearances for the Italian club in all competitions where he has managed to score 10 goals and provided five assists.
