Sindh's total number of coronavirus jumped to 18964 on Wednesday after the province reported 1017 cases.

In his daily coronavirus update, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said the province conducted 6164 coronavirus tests in which 1017 came out positive. He said so far, the province has tested 137540 people for coronavirus out of which 18964 have tested positive.

The chief minister also shared that the province has lost 17 more people to the deadly virus. Sindh's death toll has reached 316. Shah further said 127 patients are in critical condition, while 32 are placed on the ventilator.

"904 patients have also recovered from the virus. In Sindh 5645 patients have recovered so far," Shah said.
