Weather in Karachi is expected to remain hot and humid in the next 24 hours, the Met Office said on Thursday.
It forecast dust raising winds for the city, saying that temperature may range up to 36 degrees Celsius and humidity in the morning up to 80 percent and 65 percent in the evening.
On Friday: Rain-wind-thunderstorm (with Isolated hailstorm) is expected in Kashmir, Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northeast Balochistan and Sindh.
In the last 24 hours, hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country.
Maximum rainfall was recorded in Hafizabad 2 mm, Sialkot and Garhi Dupatta 1 mm, each. The highest temperature was in Larkana 50 degree Celsius, Shaheed Banazirabad, Jacobabad, Moinjodaro, Dadu, Padidan and Sibbi 48, each.
