KARACHI: Bollywood star Salman Khan has no plans to visit Pakistan for promotion of his upcoming movie “Ek Tha Tiger”.

Previously, there were rumours that the government of Pakistan had banned Ek Tha Tiger because it was perceived to be an anti-Pakistani movie, as it was perceived to portray a negative image of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

But now the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has revealed the fact that they have not banned the movie, but they just don’t want to reveal the promos until the confusion about the ISI is cleared.

Later, Khan clarified that he has no plans of visiting Pakistan as had been reported by the media earlier.

He said, "Even I read that I am going to Pakistan in a newspaper, but I have no such plans. Chance milegaa toh jaayenge but as of now we are not going.”
