Judge to appoint temporary guardian for Jackson’s children

26 Jul, 2012

According to media sources, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children’s guardian because she is in Arizona and hasn’t spoken with them in several days.

Beckloff said, “There was no evidence that Katherine Jackson had done anything wrong but instead it appeared she was being prevented from fulfilling her role as guardian through the ‘intentional acts of third parties’.”

He added that this decision was taken after days of chaos among the Jackson, Paris reporting Katherine missing and before she was located.

After hearing the decision, Katherine Jackson's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr., said that she is returning to Los Angeles.
