According to media sources, Live Schreiber will play the role of former president Lyndon B. Johnson. He will join the line of presidential portrayals with Robin William, who will play Dwight D and Alan Rickman, who will play as Ronald Reagan.

Daniel’s project is a biopic of long-time White House staff member Eugene Allen, and follows his life as he served multiple Presidents of the United States for more than 30 years.

Sources added that the role of Allen will be played by Forest Whitaker, James Marsden will be John F. Kennedy and John Cusack will portray Richard Nixon.

Other stars on board include Cuba Gooding Jr, Elijah Kelly, Jesse Williams and Mariah Carey.

The Butler is currently filming in New Orleans. It is scheduled to be released sometime in 2013.
