According to media sources, Jackson’s mother will sign the pact next week asking a Los Angeles judge to name T.J. Jackson as a co-guardian.
T.J. Jackson who is currently serving as a temporary guardian will oversee the staff and security at the Calabasas home while Katherine Jackson will keep control of the children’s financial allowance from the singer’s estate.
Perry Sanders an attorney for Katherine Jackson said, “the joint arrangement will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and T.J. have often shared responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson’s tragic passing.”
Sources added that the Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff had temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children’s guardian because she was in Arizona and hasn’t spoken with them from several days.
Mrs. Jackson then returned to Los Angeles on Thursday and announced her intention to regain guardianship of Prince, 15, Paris, 14 and Blanket, 10.
