Khan will start shooting for his ambitious film “Chennai Express” much before the scheduled date. The film directed by Rohit Shetty was earlier supposed to go on the floors in October-end but will now start from September 27.

“Khan has given the dates for the film in September. It is a 20-day schedule, as he wants to be present when his cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) takes on other teams at this year’s Champions League in South Africa. Earlier this year, KKR won the Indian Premier League for the first time making them hot favorites to win the Champions League as well” sources said.

Mean While, Director Rohit Shetty also want to complete the first schedule as soon as possible, Since he will get busy with her Sister marriage which is going to happen on Nov 11.

The source further said, “Rohit was also more than happy to accommodate Khan as his sister is getting married on November 11 and he wanted time for the preparations. With the 20-day schedule wrapping up around mid October, Rohit will get time for the preparations.”
