Director Madhur Bhandarkar is extremely happywith the astounding response.

“I am overwhelmed by the great response the promo has got. This is just the beginning,” Bhandarkar said in a statement.

Kapoor plays lead role of an actress Mahi Arora, in the film, which depicts the problems in the life of a movie star.

The trailer depicts many phases of an actress' life including the struggle, success and downfall, and Kapoor looks stunning in most scenes and in the item number “Halkat jawaani” which is comparable to Katrina Kaif’s last item song.
