According to media sources, both Kareena and Ranbir will give a guest appearance to promote their movies “Heroine” and “Barfi” respectively, which is scheduled to hit the theatres this September.

Sources said, “Kareena and Ranbir both will be coming for the grand finale of ‘Indian Idol 6‘on August 31.”

This is the first time that the duo will be coming together on the same platform. Kareena’s Heroine is based on the life of a glamorous Actress Mahi, where as Ranbir Kapoor starring Barfi is a romantic comedy. Barfi features Kapoor, along with Priyanka Chopra is scheduled to be released on September 14.
