The 54-year-old singer dedicated her Golden Globe award winning song “Masterpiece” to the
British star during a performance in France.

“I know he’s a big fan of it. And I know he’s a big fan of mine. And you know? I forgive
him. Gotta start somewhere,” she spoke to the fans during the concert.

John had recently lashed out at her MDNA tour by calling it a “disaster”.

He also criticized her appearance and career which is over in his view.

“If Madonna had any Common sense she would have made a record like ‘Ray of Light’ and stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and make great pop records, which she does brilliantly,” he said.

“But no, she had to go and prove that she looks like a fairground stripper,” he said.

Madonna was crowned this year as the “Greatest Woman In Music” by VH1.
