KARACHI: After the impressive success of Ali Zafar’s films “Tere Bin Laden” in 2010 and then “Mere Brother Ki Dulhan” in 2011, followed by “London, Paris, New York” in 2012, now the actor-singer-composer-lyricist Ali Zafar has come back with a bash.

 

Currently, Ali is shooting for his next movie, “Chashme Buddoor”, which is a remake of the 1981 film of the same name, directed by David Dhawan. The movie will feature Ali Zafar, Divyendu Sharma, Taapsee Pannu, and Rishi Kapoor. Juhi Chawla and Anupam Kher will also have surprise roles in the movie. The movie is scheduled to release on February 22, 2013.

 

Besides that, Ali has also a movie “Aman Ki Asha” starring himself and actress Yami Gautam (Vicky Donor) directed by E. Niwas. Aman Ki Asha will be a romantic movie and it is about cross-border love. The shooting will start in March 2013.

 

Ali Zafar has gained popularity in Bollywood through his well received roles in past films. He is carrying his passion for music and acting together. He has also been approached by a few more directors for other ventures. Fans are hoping to see more from this talented Pakistani singer.
