KARACHI: Google Maps new iPhone application has made its way back to Apple’s popular gadget.

Apple had built their own version of a navigation system and removed Google Maps as the device’s default built-in navigator. But Apple Maps was seen as sub-standard by users and industry specialists alike.

This insight saw Apple CEO, Tim Cook give a rare public apology and suggested iPhone users use Google Maps through their browser as the company looks for a solution.

Google Maps new addition comes out after three months of this debacle and sources state Google claims the new application is much more improved than the previous application used by iPhone users in the past.
