KARACHI: Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan are considered to be one of the best couples in real life. But in his reel life it’s Bollywood’s diva Katrina Kaif.

According to Indian media, Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif won the “Best Romantic On-Screen Couple” award at the Big Star Entertainment Awards in Mumbai. The couple was praised for their chemistry in their latest venture “Jab Tak Hai Jaan”.

Despite having prestigious collection of trophies, winning an award still excites Khan.

He posted on twitter, “Got two awards, must admit, as many I get, the excitement is the same. Am so happy, want to work even harder. Awards to me are like candy to a kid.”

The Big Star Entertainment Awards will broadcast on Star Plus on December 31 at 10pm.
