After the court rejected Sharif’s application, the ousted prime minister was called to rostrum and was indicted separately in each of the three references. Sharif pleaded not guilty in all the charges.

The accountability court adjourned the hearing to November 15.

The accountability court has rejected ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s plea to club all the three references into one. This is the second time that the court has rejected the application to file all three references into one.

Former prime minister , his daughter Maryam Nawaz and her husband Captain (retd) Safdar arrived at accountability court on Wednesday, regarding the hearing against corruption references filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Several Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders including Marriyum Aurangzeb, Asif Kirmani, Pervez Rashid and Talal Chaudhry are present in the court.

Earliar on Tuesday, Judge Muhammad Bashir had heard National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor’s and Sharif’s counsel, Khawaja Haris's arguments and had reserved his verdict regarding Sharif’s plea to club all three references into one.
