Babar Azam surpasses Kohli, de Villiers
Babar Azam, who broke several One Day Internationals (ODI) records, has achieved another feat in his fresh career as he surpasses modern batting greats Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers boosting the second best average in 50-over cricket.
The Lahore born star, who is having a dream run in ODIs, is second at the list after scoring 1758 runs at an average of 58.6 in just 35 innings.
Meanwhile, Ryan Ten Doeschate from Netherland topped with the highest average of 67 in the 50-over format.

These stats are of those players who played minimum of 20 innings.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli stands third in the list with over 9,000 runs to his name at an impressive 55.74 average.
Whereas, former South African skipper AB de Villiers is not far behind averaging 55.06 in 215 innings, While, Michael Bevan from Australia is on the fifth spot averaging 53.58 runs per innings.
