Kangana Ranaut hits out at Pakistani artists
Last year Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut made headlines with multiple controversies including the never ending nepotism debate and then publicly bashing her alleged ex-beau Hrithik Roshan but now the actress has come after Pakistani artists, supporting the ban imposed on them.
Kangana recently sat down with News18 for an interview and like every other time, the ‘Queen’ actress went too far in expressing her opinions. The actress spoke about every controversial subject there could be, including her past relationships, nepotism and the ban implicated on Pakistani artists from working in India, especially in Bollywood.
Hrithik Roshan finally responds to Kangana’s accusations
Declaring herself to be a huge Modi fan, Kangana said, "[The fact] that the son of a chaiwala [tea maker] can become prime minister isn't just a victory for Modiji, but it is a victory for democracy in our country."
The ‘Simran’ actress then went ahead and said that the ban on Pakistani artists is justified and that the artists do not pay any taxes to her country and on the contrary the Indian soldiers fighting on the border are forced to pay all their due taxes.
The actress also criticized the actors who came out to support the Pakistani actors, saying that one cannot say that we all are artists. For Kangana, her nationality and country borders come before arts, she said.
On work front, Kangana is currently showing off her reel psycho side with her upcoming movie, ‘Mental Hai Kya’ also starring RajKumar Rao.
