Forbes reveals this year’s highest paid celebrities

Forbes has released the list of 100 highest paid celebrities of 2018. The world’s 100 top-earning celebrities pulled in a combined $6.3 billion pretax over the past 12 months.

Floyd Mayweather tops the ranking with $285 million in pretax earnings. George Clooney finishes second with $239 million, while Kylie Jenner has been ranked third with $166.5 million.

Here’s the list of top 10 highest paid celebrities according to Forbes.

1. Floyd Mayweather -- $285 million
2. George Clooney -- $239 million
3. Kylie Jenner -- $166.5 million
4. Judy Sheindlin -- $147 million
5. Dwayne Johnson -- $124 million
6. U2 -- $118 million
7. Coldplay -- $115.5 million
8. Lionel Messi -- $111 million
9. Ed Sheeran -- $110 million
10. Cristian Ronaldo -- $108 million

Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan are the only B-Town celebrities who have managed to gain the spot on the list. Akshay is ranked 76th on the Forbes list of the World’s Highest Paid Celebrities 2018 with $40.5 million earnings while Salman is on the 82nd spot with $37.7 million earnings.

The two Bollywood stars have surpassed Hollywood celebrities such as Rihanna, Kris Jenner and Dave Chappelle.
