LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said on Sunday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government believed in practical work rather than hollow claims.

He said this while speaking to different delegations at chief minister office here.

The prime focus was on the welfare of common man and a comprehensive road map had been developed for the progress of the province and the prosperity of people, he added. He said national resources would not be wasted and only that plan would be initiated which would facilitate common man.

Usman Buzdar said that during previous regimes, resources were restricted only to a few areas and former rulers did not pay any heed to the issues of backward areas.

He said incumbent government would provide basic facilities to remote areas and people would be served more than their expectations.
