Sindh reports 49 deaths, 65,000 cases due to coronavirus
- Murad says total number of fatalities in the province have reached 1,013
(Karachi) Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that 49 more people have died due to the deadly coronavirus in 24 hours. The total number of fatalities in the province have reached 1,013.
Murad said on Friday that the total number of coronavirus cases in the province has reached 65,000. So far, 1,691 people recovered from the disease during the last 24 hours taking the total tally to 32,725.
Shah said that 673 patients are in critical condition while 113 are on ventilators. He mentioned that 13,642 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours, out of which 2,894 came back positive.
