DG Rangers Sindh calls on Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan

KARACHI: The Director General of Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, Maj. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar, on Friday called on Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, at the Governor House here.

He briefed Dr. Ishrat regarding the prevailing law and order situation in the province.

On the occasion, the Sindh Governor directed that action be taken without any distinction against those involved in terrorist activities and especially the planners be nabbed.

He said that Karachi is the economic and commercial hub of the country and that peace here should prevail at every cost.

Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan pointed out that there is a consensus among all political, religious and economic segments that action against anti-peace elements be taken without any distinction.
