PESHAWAR: Pervez Musharraf has suffered a major political setback before his likely return as top leaders of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have resigned due to internal conflicts.
Sources say that Chief Organzier Abdul Haleem Khattak Secretary General Rehmatullah, Deputy Chief Coordinator Alamgir Khan and Information Secretary Arbab Rahim quit the APML citing internal party differences.
It is reminded here that Barrister Saif has already parted ways with the APML.
Musharraf has announced that he will return home on March 24 to lead his party in the next general elections.
