KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has extended the protective bail to former president Gen. (Retd) Pervez Musharraf for further three weeks in Benazir Bhutto murder case and Akbar Bugti murder case.
The court also allowed 2-week extension in protective bail in Judges case.
The former president on Friday personally appeared before the SHC benches for extension of his protective bails in three cases, which were granted to him on March 22 in his absence.
The bench headed by Chief Justice of SHC Justice Mushir Alam allowed extension in protective bail in Judges case for two weeks while the other bench headed by Justice Sajjad Ali Shah allowed the extension in protective bail in Benazir Bhutto and Akbar Bugti murder cases for three weeks.
