SIALKOT: Like other parts of the country, the 75th death anniversary of the poet of east Allama Muhammad Iqbal will be observed on Sunday.
Quran Khawani will be held at Iqbal Manzil Sialkot under the auspices of Bazam-i-Iqbal Sialkot, in which a large number of people from all walks of life will participate. They will also offer fateha for the departed soul of Allama Iqbal.
The people will also visit Imam Sahib Graveyard at Sialkot and will lay floral wreathes at the graves of the parents and other family members of Allama Iqbal, besides, offering Fateha for the departed souls.
Later, a contest of Kalam-i-Iqbal will be held at Iqbal Manzil, in which a large number of the students from different schools and colleges will participate and will present tableaus.
