ISLAMABAD: Ace comedian/actor Moin Akhtar was remembered on his 3rd death anniversary on Tuesday.
He was remembered as a top versatile artist and a very noble human being by uncountable fans in the country.
Moin Akhtar stepped into the show business back in sixties and continued ruling many fields of performing arts with his spontaneous performance and intelligent interaction with others.
He was born in Karachi and his mother tongue was Urdu but he performed with command in many other languages including Bangali, Sindhi, Memoni, and Gujrati.
During his career spread over half century, Moin performed over 1000 different characters successfully in TV and stage plays.
He was also a very intelligent host of shows and the fans appreciated his witty anchoring massively. He was a singer as well and used to sing parody songs.
Moin was suffering from heart disease in last days of life and finally he died of same ailment on April 22, 2012.
His fans and people linked to the performing arts, still remember him as a great performer and a very noble human being
