KARACHI: In response to a report in the press, the DG ISPR, has said that the Pakistani army can react to any objectionable intelligence following any intel sharing mechanism.
Earlier, it was reported in the press that senior US military officials before the Senate Armed Services Committee have said that the desire and capability of the Pakistani army to fight militancy is wanting.
DG ISPR stated that the Pakistani army is engaged in operations against militants in three of the seven agencies in the northern areas while it is involved in securing, consolidating and stabilizing the remaining ones.
