OTTAWA: Iran is far apart from the six world powers negotiating with it over scaling back its nuclear program but it is possible to narrow that gap, European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said on Monday.
"We believe although we are far apart there is the possibility of being able to narrow the gap," Ashton told reporters after meeting Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird.
