McConaughay who was rumored to play a lead Marvel's ‘Doctor Strange’ before it went to actor Benedict Cumberbatch said he would love to take on a superhero role only if he feels he can add something to it. While Marvel did not announced yet who will play the lead role in his upcoming comic film ‘Doctor strange’
According to media reports the ‘Interstellar’ actor said, “It's not an area that I'm saying I wouldn't like to go. I don't know, it would have to be a script and a character that I found interesting and one where I can have a personal experience”.
“I'm not thinking about a genre like, ‘Oh, I really want to do this or I wouldn't want to do that’. If something finds me at the right time, turns me on and if I can grab a hold of it, see it from the inside and get a feeling that, Oh, I've got a way I can do this that can be original,” he added.
McConaughey will be seen next in the most anticipated movie ‘Interstellar’ which is set to release on November 7. Directed by Christoper Nolan and produced by Emma Thomas.
