Power generation increases due to continuous monsoons
ISLAMABAD : Power generation in the country has increased with more water coming in the dams due to continuous monsoons.

According to PEPCO sources, the present power shortfall is 3550 megawatts. Total output of power is 14754 megawatts as against demand of 18304 megawatts, private news channel reported.
PEPCO says at present 700 megawatts of electricity is being provided to KESC.
According to the PEPCO, load shedding in cities is from six to eight hours while villages are facing ten to twelve hours of load shedding.
