ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi have expressed their deep sense of grief over the sad demise of Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan, Supreme Leader of AJK Muslim Conference and former President Azad Jammu Kashmir.
In their separate condolence messages to his son Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker paid rich tributes to social and political services of Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan.
They said that Sardar shaib have rendered great services for the independence of Kashmir. They termed his death a great loss for the whole country.
They said that his services will be remembered in annals of history and vacuum created by his death to difficult is fill for the long time to come.
They prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant strength and courage to the members of bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.
