ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached around 1,682,000 tonnes by August 16 since the start of the season on October 1, exporters estimated on Monday, up from 1,663,000 tonnes in the same period of the previous season.
Exporters estimated around 12,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to the West African state's two ports of Abidjan and San Pedro between August 10 and 16, down from 18,000 tonnes during the same period last year.
Both the 2014/15 and 2013/14 cumulative totals were revised to take into account official Coffee and Cocoa Council data published by Reuters last week.
