ISLAMABAD: The President on Tuesday approved the Prime Minister's advice for confirmation of three Additional Judges of High Court of Balochistan as Judges of the said court.
Earlier, recommendation of these names was agreed by the Parliamentary Committee on Judges Appointment in the Superior Courts.
The President accorded the approval on a summary initiated by Secretary to the Parliamentary Committee on Appointment of Judges in Superior Courts.
The three additional judges of the Balochistan High Court, who have been confirmed as Judges of the said court include Justice Shakil Ahmed, Justice Muhammad Ejaz Swati and Justice Muhammad Kamran Mulakhail.
Meanwhile, on a summary initiated by Cabinet Division, the President has approved the Prime Minister's advice for allowing seven (7) days ex-Pakistan leave till September 14, 2015 to Malik Mohammad Rafiq Rajwana, Governor Punjab.
The Governor was earlier granted ex-Pakistan leave from 22-8- 2015 to 07-9-2015 for his private visit to UK and USA.
