ISTANBUL: Turkish unemployment edged higher to 10.5 percent in September-November from 10.3 percent during August-October, but was slightly lower than the same period last year, the Turkish Statistics Institute said on Friday.
The non-farm unemployment rate, also measured on a three-month average, stood at 12.6 percent during the September-November period, up from 12.4 percent in the August-October period and 12.5 percent in the same period a year ago.
