MUMBAI: India's soybean output in 2011/12 crop year beginning October is seen at over 10 million tonnes from 9.5 million tonnes a year ago, a top executive at the country's biggest soybean processor said on Monday.
India should hike its refined palm oil duty to 15 percent from the previous 7.5 percent after Indonesia, the biggest palm oil producer, restructured export duty, said Dinesh Shahra, managing director, Ruchi Soya Industries, on the sidelines of an industry conference.
