ATHENS: Greece has expressed "displeasure" to the EU over tougher border controls by Balkan countries that have stranded thousands of migrants in the country, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras' office said Tuesday.
Tsipras had phoned his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency, to also complain about being left out of an Austrian migration meeting with other Balkan countries to be held on Wednesday, his office said.
