KARACHI: The members of the Senate Standing Committee on Housing and Works here Thursday reviewed the ongoing development projects in the metropolis.
The Committee headed by Senator Maulana Tanveerul Haq, directed the officials concerned to get the state land recovered from encroachments and illegal occupants.
The committee reviewed the development projects of the Federal Government Employees Housing Society, Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation, Pakistan Public Works Department and Qasre Naz.
The officers of the concerned departments also accompanied during the visit of the Committee.
The Senators included Shahi Syed, Rozi Khan Kakar, Ms. Khalida Parveen and Saeedul Hassan Mandokhel.
