PESHAWAR: The Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Monday ordered posting and transfers of two judicial officers in the public interest, with immediate effect.
According to details, Abdul Basit, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Hangu has been transferred and posted as Civil Judge Illaqa Qazi swat against the vacant post and Issa Khan, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Pattan (Kohistan), has been transferred and posted as Civil Judge Illaqa Qazi Swat against the vacant post.
Moreover Ishfaq Ahamd, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kohat shall tour Hangu 3 days in a week for disposal of cases of the vacant court of Abdul Basit, CJ/JM. Mr. Muhammad Umer Al-Farooq, CJ/JM, Hangu shall tour Thall in place of Abdul Basit, CJ/JM. Iftikhar Ahmad, CJ/JM, Alpuri Shangla shall tour Pattan Kohistan 3 days in a week for disposal? of cases of the vacant court of Issa Khan, says an office order issued here by the Peshawar High Court.
