KARACHI: Sindh Governor, Dr.Ishrat ul Ebad Khan, has paid tribute to Lal Shabaz Qalandar.
In a message issued here on Wednesday on the occasion of 764 Urs, he said that Lal Shahbaz Qalandar played an important role in fostering Islamic teaching as well as Sufism in Sindh.
Ebad said that Lal Shahbaz Qalandar also promoted peace, amity and tolerance through his teachings urging the people to follow the path of righteousness.
He stated that it is the need of the hour to foster his message in the society to overcome hatred and spread love and amity.
The Governor Sindh said that we should foster the message of understanding and brotherhood.
