The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to Principal Islamia College Lahore and others in a petition filed by Chairperson Sundas Foundation against the alleged occupation of a Park in Islampura.
The petitioner Sundas Farooq contended that the respondent Principal of the College in connivance with other respondents is trying to occupy a park in the residential area.
He said the respondents including SHO, PHA and others failed to perform their legal obligations and supporting the respondent Principal in occupying the park in the area.
She, therefore, prayed to the court to restrain the respondents from occupying the park in question.
The court, after hearing the petitioner's counsel at length, issued notices to all the respondents and directed them to submit their replies in the petition.
