The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Thursday seized three tonnes of hashish from a container bearing forged army markings, officials said.
The hashish was recovered from a container parked at a bus terminal in Swabi.
ANF officials said the container carried a bogus army number plate. The consignment was destined for central Punjab for onward shipment abroad.
Early this month Pakistani authorities seized 1.2 tonnes of hashish smuggled from neighbouring Afghanistan.
