Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has adjourned the hearing of petition demanding the open hearing of the treason case against Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, President of Alliance for Restoration of Democracy (ARD) and acting president of Pakistan Muslim League till January 29.
The single bench of the Lahore High Court consisting of Justice Sardar Muhammad Aslam after hearing the argument of the Deputy Attorney General Chaudhry Muhammad Tariq has asked the defence counsel of Javed Hashmi to submit final argument on January 29.
After completion of the argument by Deputy Attorney General, the defence counsel raised various questions and the learnt judge adjourned the hearing till next date.
