All four Chief Ministers of the provinces would meet the Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali on February 10 to adopt a unanimous stand point with regard to the flow of resources from center to provinces.
The Chief Ministers along with Prime Minister would hold a meeting with the President on the 20th February.
This was told by Chief Minister NWFP Akram Khan Durrani while talking to Central President of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) Qazi Hussain Ahmad here at Frontier House on Sunday. Qazi Hussain, who is also Central Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) was accompanied by senior minister Siraj-ul-Haq, provincial Amir of the party in the province.
Chief Minister expressed the hope that this meeting would yield dividend and the provinces have more resources to undertake developmental activities for their respective people.
The over all performance of the frontier government was reviewed and the meeting expressed satisfaction over its performance.
The Chief Minister highlighted the forward moving of the frontier government at multiple fronts.
The social services have been improved and there was a visible dynamism in the working of public sector institutions and they were fully responsive to the will of the people.
He said that all the decisions that the MMA government has taken so far were appreciated by the masses because their decisions were taken in consultation and the people and particularly the stakeholders were on board.
He said that all the Chief Ministers would meet the Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali on February 10 to adopt a unanimous standpoint with regard to the flow of resources from center to provinces.
Qazi Hussain Ahmed, MNA and Amir of JI advised the provincial government to adhere to its stated mission because the people have reposed unflinching confidence in MMA and the MMA's government should live up to the people's expectations.
