District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Tahir Hussain has directed officers of different departments to ensure implementation of the Chief Minister's directives without any delay and take immediate steps for resolving all complaints, problems and other matters etc, of individual and collective nature on top-priority basis.
He issued this direction while presiding over a meeting here held for reviewing the progress and pace of steps being taken for redressing peoples' grievances.
Senior Administrative Officer Dr Tariq Sardar, EDOs and DOs of different departments attended the meeting.
The DCO said that special steps should be taken for solving problems and difficulties faced by the people.
He warned that no slackness or unnecessary delay would be tolerated in this regard.
He advised officers to evolve a foolproof strategy by taking personal interest to dispose of all cases lying with them and start sending progress report regarding implementation of Chief Minister's directives to his office on regular basis.
