Inter-provincial games from March 13

A three-day Inter Provincial Games would now be held in Lahore from March 13 to 15.

A three-day Inter Provincial Games would now be held in Lahore from March 13 to 15.
This was revealed in a high level meeting held here on Thursday with Punjab Chief Secretary Kamran Rasool in the chair.
Among the others who attended the meeting included the Punjab Sports Secretary, Education Secretary, Director General Sports and office bearers of Punjab Olympics Association.
It was further told in the meeting that 11 events including athletics, swimming, cycling, boxing, gymnastic, weight lifting, wrestling, football, baseball and volleyball would be held.
Over 600 players from all the four provinces would participate in the said games.
It was also informed in the meeting that installation of tartan track would be completed within next week, which would be an added facility for the players that would help in improving the performance of players.
