Haji Altaf Haider has been elected President Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA) Faisalabad for the term 2004-05.
According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, Haji Malik Zafar Ali Awan was elected as Senior Vice President while Haji Muhammad Ilyas and Kh Hassan Sheharyar as vice presidents.
Dr Abdul Jabbar Abbassi was elected as Secretary General while Laeeq Ahmed and Haji Sh Tariq Nawaz Bohra were elected for the offices of joint secretary and treasure, respectively.
Following are the names of the newly-elected members of the Executive Working Committee: Chaudhry Abdul Qayum, Chaudhry Muhammad Yousaf, Haji Shabir Hussain, Chaudhry M Rafiq, Haji Muhammad Anwar, Malik Arif, M Naveed, Muhammad Aslam, Mian Shahbaz and Haji M Rashid.
The new offices-bearers also took oath of their responsibility at a ceremony held on Wednesday.
