The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has called upon the government not to use advertisement as tool against journalists and restore same to Nawa-e-Waqat and Nation immediately.
The Bar in its meeting which held with its president Ahmed Awais in the chair resolved that journalists always worked to support the democratic forces and their services for country were commendable.
The Bar further resolved that it is worst type of tactics of the rulers against the journalists to compel them to write in their favour.
The Bar further resolved that Majeed Nizami always raised voice against the dictators and never accepted their pressure.
The Bar members appreciated the services of the Nation and Nawa-e-Waqat for the strengthening democracy in the country.
