Wheat procurement to continue

Punjab Food Minister, Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal has said that wheat procurement campaign would continue till September 30, 2004, to achieve the stipulated target.
While presiding over a departmental meeting here on Tuesday he directed the district food controllers that all out efforts must be made to achieve the target from their districts. He appreciated the efforts of the officers for wheat procurement campaign and said stern action would be taken against the wheat hoarders.
He said that Atta is being provided from Punjab to NWFP and Balochistan according to their requirements.
